The 46th session of the AITC General Assembly

The 46th Annual Meeting of the AITC was held on Saturday, June 14, 2008. Since a quorum was comfortably met, various decisions were able to be made. Both these decisions and the discussions that led to them will be posted and published on the members-only section of the website within a few days, thanks to the commendable efforts of the four minute-takers who agreed to devote their time to this task. Several items on the agenda sparked lively debates on issues of great current relevance and importance—certainly for certain member groups, but ultimately for the AITC as a whole. Notably, we can mention the new types of contracts that certain employers are devising in an increasingly cost-conscious spirit.
